►Main Menu ►Configuration ►System Upgrade

If you have an updated operating system (firmware) for your watch,

you can download it onto the watch by using this function. To be able

to do this, you must connect the watch to your computer.

Follow the instructions delivered with your new firmware to perform

the update.
